What camp is best suited for my son?
We welcome players of all ability levels at our camps. Once in camp, each camper will be personally evaluated and placed into a group with other players of similar age and abilities.

How do I register?
• Campers can register online at
www.villanovabasketballcamps.com.
*We strongly encourage campers to register online. It is the best way to secure a spot in camp and provides
instant confirmation. Registrants can pay with credit card or check. *

• If campers prefer to register via mail, they may download a copy of our brochure on our website. Please send all completed applications and payments to: Villanova Basketball Camps – P.O. Box 159 – Villanova, PA  19085

WE DO NOT RESERVE SPOTS OVER THE PHONE. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED VIA FAX WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT (MINIMUM DEPOSIT) IS RECEIVED.

Is there a registration deadline?
Although there is not a set registration deadline, we encourage everyone to register as early as possible. ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED AND AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. In the past, camps have sold out by March 1.

Is there an overtime session (3 – 5 p.m.) offered for Day Camp?
No. There are other activities scheduled in the basketball facilities that prevent us from providing an overtime session.

Do I have to pay in full or can I submit a deposit?
To secure your son’s spot in camp, we require a minimum $200 deposit. All balances are due by the first day of camp.

Will I receive a confirmation letter to verify the status of my son’s application?
Yes. All campers will receive a confirmation letter. This letter will contain all of the necessary information needed for camp, including directions, registration/dismissal times, and packing lists. Confirmation letters will be e-mailed once the camper’s application has been processed. If a camper does not have an e-mail address, the confirmation letter will be mailed.

What medical forms are required?
The Camper Health Record form must be submitted prior to participating in camp activities. This form is attached to the confirmation e-mail and can be downloaded from
www.villanovabasketballcamps.com. Camper Health Record forms may be mailed (Villanova Basketball Camps, P.O. Box 159, Villanova, PA 19085), faxed (610-519-7915), or turned in on the first day of camp at registration.

We do not require a copy of the camper’s physical examination; however, a camper must disclose the date of his last physical examination and any medical conditions that would make his participation in camp a risk on the Camper Health Record form. A valid physical examination for the 2010 Villanova Boys Basketball Camps must be dated July 1, 2008 or after. There will be trainers available at registration should you have any conditions or concerns you would like to address with our medical staff.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
There is a $30 cancellation fee for any application withdrawn up until 8 days prior to the start of camp. If an application is withdrawn less than 8 days prior to the start of camp, a refund will be issued for half of the amount paid. No refund will be issued after the stat of camp. A letter must accompany all refund requests.

What is your dismissal policy?
The directors reserve the right to send home, at the parents' expense, any camper or group of campers whose behavior is deemed disruptive to the best interest of the camp community, with no refund of tuition. All campers must abide by the rules of Villanova Basketball Camps.

Members of the Villanova Men’s Basketball staff will be available at all times to assist with the direction and supervision of the camp.

What role do the Villanova coaches and players have in the camp?
While the Villanova coaches and players will be present and accessible, they will not be coaching individual teams. Day Camp participants will have an opportunity to further engage with the team during a special autograph session.

Can I request that my son and his friend be on the same team?
Yes, but we do not guarantee that your son and his friend(s) will be on the same team. (There is a space designated for teammate requests on the application.) For the benefit of all campers, our coaches organize the teams so that they are evenly competitive.
